Symptoms

Below log4j files with EM 13.5 RU8 patch applied are not upgraded.

$MW_HOME/oracle_common/modules/com.bea.core.apache.log4j.jar
$MW_HOME/oracle_common/modules/oracle.owasp/com-bea-core-apache-log4j.jar
$AGENT_HOME/agent_13.5.0.0.0/oracle_common/modules/thirdparty/log4j-2.11.1.jar (Central Agent on OMS host)
