EM 13c Workload Analysis Page is not accessible after Applying the RU 09 (Doc ID 2905993.1)

After applying the 13.5 RU 09 the Workload Analysis option enabled in Database home page

Access the Performance --> Workload Analysis and click on the option then it will throw an error "The requested URL was not found."
