Alert triggered with message "Failed to connect to the WebLogic Server: /GCDomain_GCDomain/GCDomain/EMGC_OMS1"

EMGC_OMS1 target status shown down in EM Console.

"emctl status oms -details" output shows all components are UP.

No issue is seen with EM Console access or navigating various EM pages.
