Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet Migrate Listener job not deleting SID_LIST_LISTENER_DB & ADR_BASE_DB from old listener.ora file

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Migrate Listener "migrate" -purpose=MIGRATE_LISTENER -target_type=oracle_database  -target_list="<DB_NAME>"
 -normal_credential="SSH_HOST:SYSMAN"  -privilege_credential="SSH_ROOT_HOST:SYSMAN"

Post Migration

$ cd /u01/db/19.10.0/network/admin$
$ cat listener.ora
 SID_LIST_LISTENER =
 (SID_LIST =
 (SID_DESC =
 (SID_NAME = <SID_NAME>)
 (SERVICE_NAME=<Service-Name>)
 (ORACLE_HOME = /u01/db/19.10.0)

 ADR_BASE_LISTENER_<SID_NAME> = /oracle/base
