Notice of deprecation for select Enterprise Manager 13.5 Management Connectors by June 30^th, 2023.

Scope

What is being deprecated?

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control provides vendor specific management connectors to forward event and ticketing information to 3rd party management systems. The following management connectors will be deprecated and desupported at the end of June 2023:

• BMC Remedy Service Desk 7.6 Connector 12.1.0.3.0
• CA Service Desk Connector 13.2.3.0.0
• HP Operations Manager Connector 13.2.2.0.0
• HP Service Manager 9.0 Connector 12.1.0.1.0
• IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus Connector 13.2.3.0.0
• ServiceNow Connector 12.1.0.1.0

A later version of the ServiceNow Connector, compatible with Enterprise Manager 13.5, is already available for download via Self Update. A later version of the IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus Connector, compatible with Enterprise Manager 13.5, will be available soon.
