Trying to add an Additional OMS results error below:

oracle.sysman.swlib.impl.storage.StorageError: Unexpected error creating file using agent and reading locally!

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /oemappshare/swlib/tmp1834340712475452 (Permission denied)
