In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, when attempting to update OMS's repository connect string to include the SCAN of the standby database fails with below error:

$emctl config oms -store_repos_details -repos_conndesc '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=<Scan_hostname>)(PORT=<portno>))(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=<Scan_hostname>)(PORT=<portno>)))(LOAD_BALANCE=ON)(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=<Service_name>)))' -repos_user sysman
