For 'emcli list' command which lists resource data, the documentation states that the search option you can specify
multiple search options.

The usage is -search=[ColumnName Operator 'Value', ColumnName Operator 'Value'].
The search value must be enclosed in quotes unless searching for null or not null.

(The multiple search options are separated by comma)
