EM 13c: Listener Login Failed With 'Host Credential Does Not Match With Listener Oracle Home Owner' Error (Doc ID 2919743.1)

Symptoms

• Login to OEM console and open the Listener target.
• Navigate to 'Oracle Listener' > Control > Startup/Shutdown.
• Login with host credentials.
• Or Open the target Host > 'Host' drop down > Net Services Administration > Login with host credentials.

Listener home is owned by user 'Grid' and runs as 'Grid'. But when trying to login using same Grid user in OEM, it says "Host Credential does not match with listener oracle home owner. Please provide the Host Credential of listener oracle home owner".
