EM13c: Real Time Graph for metrics not showing the correct data/graph

Symptoms
Time scale for All metrics graphs for "real time" host metrics are incorrect. All other view data settings (last 24 hours,last 7 days, etc) have correct time scales.
Under the ALL METRICS , if we drill down to any metric for the REAL TIME value it shows wrong time under the graph.
Example :
Host Home page >> Click Host Menu >> Monitoring >> All Metrics >> Expand LOAD Metric >> Click Free Memory % >> On the right side now we see the graph with default last 24 hrs view which show the CORRECT information.
Now if we switch to REAL TIME data view , if we check the graph again we see atleast 6-7 hrs difference on the graph ie if the current time is 5 PM MST ,
the graph is showing data data 6-7 hrs ahead of the current time.
