Symptoms
On : 13.4.1.0.0 version, Agent
Agent emd.properties file was modified to to use the "minimumTLSVersion=TLSv1.2" on AIX 7.2 server.
Agent is not getting started without adding the below 2 parameters in emd.properties file
_frameworkTlsProtocols=TLSv1.2
_frameworkSSLContextProtocol=TLSv1.2
