Performance Home Page Not Loading for OEM 13.4.0.11 While Monitoring an 11.2.0.4 Database (Doc ID 2929150.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Cloud Control 13c Release 4 Update 11
Version 13.4.0.11

This version of OEM is monitoring a database on version 11.2.0.4.

OEM Performance Home Page Not Accessible.

On Database Target > Performance Home > Historical (Dropdown) > Average Active Sessions not displayed. > Also All Tabs below like Throughput,I/O,Parallel Execution and Services do not load.

In the OMS dump the EMOMS trace shows the following when trying to access the Performance home page.

Hence, there are no issues with this database target as it has been discovered, promoted and monitored within EM. It is a healthy target.

Changes

 This was after the install of OEM 13.4 RU11.
