EM Error Message On Incident Manager (Doc ID 2929833.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Manager is throwing an error message when trying to clear messages in Incident Manager on EM 13.5

From the Enterprise -> Monitoring -> Incident Manager menu

In View section, under Events without incidents section, click on"Actions" button and ten select Clear...

The following error is generated:

An error occurred. Please contact Oracle Support with these files.
<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/access.log
<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/<SERVER_NAME>-diagnostic.log
<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/em/<OMS_NAME>/sysman/log/emoms.trc

java.lang.NullPointerException
