EM13.5: 13.3 to 13.5 Additional OEM Upgrade failed with error "You have provided an incorrect Admin Server password" (Doc ID 2931851.1)

Symptoms

13.5 Software-Only Install along with RU9 Patch completed successfully.

13.3 to 13.5 Additional OEM Upgrade (using ConfigureGC.sh) failed at "Extend WebLogic Server Domain" step with below error even after providing correct WebLogic password.

You have provided an incorrect Admin Server password.
