EM Console Service is in Pending Status (Doc ID 2932665.1)

The Enterprise manager EM Console Service target is in pending state.

The cause for this is not known. Usually there is no beacon attached to the Generic Service target and it needs to be re-added.

There are also cases when the OMS central agent was not reinstalled using correct OMS hostname.
