Symptoms

In Enterprise manager cloud control console, creating a new EM Administrator or updating an existing EM Administrator falling with error "Save Failed. Following Privileges are invalid input for Super User: <Privileges/Roles>". Trying to perform same operation by SYSMAN user also shows same behaviour.

 

Changes

RU patch 09/10/11/12 is applied on 13.5 OMS.
