Symptoms
In Cloud Control Enterprise Manager using Fleet, When running the UPDATE_GI command in RAC cluster environment, the process fails in Initializes Software Maintenance Deployment Procedure Step with the following error.
Command :
$ emcli db_software_maintenace -performOperation -name="Update GI" -purpose=UPDATE_GI -target_type=cluster -target_list="<cluster_name>" -normal_credential=GRID_19C:SYSMAN -privilege_credential=GRID_19C:SYSMAN

Hostnames found in EM: [HOSTA,HOSTB]
Comparing nodes...
Target names was not found for all nodes.
