On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, OMS
when accessing the SQL monitoring page, it takes around 33 seconds and the load is not that much on the database
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. access the cloud control -> Databases
2. click on one of the databases
3. access the sql monitoring it takes 33 Seconds to open
