Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Testing the Connection for Named Credentials on ARM Host fails with following error:
Error Authentication failure, check credential properties
Following error stack is observed from <EM_INSTANCE_HOME>/em/EMGC_OMS*/sysman/log/emoms.log file:
