Goal

In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, many times there will be requirements to suppress the certain alerts. But disabling the metric might not be a feasible option. This document will show how to suppress such alerts from incident rules without disabling the metrics. The metric collections will continue without any changes but OEM will not send alerts for these excluded metrics.
