Symptoms


The Health Checks have failed, When we navigate to Setup -> Manage Cloud Control -> Health Overview page will see the below message.

Repository Metric Collection - Short Running
Repository metric collections (short running) have been pending for more than 951 hours, current backlog is 19

The below SQL will show the next_collection_timestamp value as old date.
