On : 13.5.0.0.0 version,
Creating OEM Administrator From External AD User - Search Only Bring Back A Limited Number Of Users
** When trying to create an Administrator from AD in OEM and searching for it, only a limited number of users are displayed. The Weblogic Admin Console shows all expected users from AD.
** OPSSPolicyStoreUtil.getEnterpriseUsers() API which is provides External Users list, is fetching X number of data. This X number is configurable by using OMS Property "oracle.sysman.core.security.auth.ldapuserfetchsizelimit". If that property is not configured, 300 is used as default value.
** "oracle.sysman.core.security.auth.ldapuserfetchsizelimit" is set to the default value.
