Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c,  "Compare Period ADDM" is showing as disabled/ grayed out in EM Console under AWR Warehouse Dashboard page for all source 19c PDB databases.

Database Home Page -> Performance -> AWR -> Compare Period ADDM

1. Login to EM
2. Navigate to a target on EM
3. Go to Performance -> AWR -> Compare period ADDM
