Symptoms

Following error is seen while accessing CPU utilization of a HOST target:

"Error getting data for target <HOSTNAME>. Exception: oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.MetricGetException: getConfigData: localtime: returned NULL: Permission denied Switching to the last 24 hrs view."
