On : 13.5 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrade OEM agent from RU7 to RU10, it start getting email alert with:


With reference to <Document 2903995.1> - EM 13.5 : Metric Collection Errors Reported for Agent Target Metrics
with the Message: "Row(1): Supplied date is in the future", the bug is fixed with RU10 but instead it start getting email alert every few hours after right after the upgrade to RU10
