Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager cloud control, opening the target host showing below error on the target home page.
Error getting property:cpuUtilization on bean:oracle.sysman.si.extension.model.host.XHost@190f91ec of type:oracle.sysman.si.extension.model.host.XHost

The error is observed more specifically when trying to access host home page immediately after agent installation. In Some cases, error is seen after applying RU 12/13.
