EM 13.5c: Source Database AWR Upload Fails to Repository

Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager cloud control console, the source database is added to AWR Repository. But the AWR upload is failing for all the source databases with below error.
AWR Warehouse upload fails on Step: prepareDestinationFiles
The error is
Failed to insert dump files: ORA-01722: invalid number (DBD ERROR: error possibly near <*> indicator at char 239 in
'INSERT INTO DBSNMP.CAW_LOAD_METADATA
(DUMP_ID, DUMP_FILE, DUMP_DIR, EM_ID, TARGET_NAME, TARGET_TYPE,
DBID, DUMP_SIZE, BEGIN_SNAP_ID, END_SNAP_ID, STATUS) VALUES
(DBSNMP.CAW_DUMP_ID_SEQ.NEXTVAL, :p1, :p2, :<*>p3, :p4, :p5, :p6, :p7, :p8, :p9, :p10)')
