Symptoms

Trying to monitor Microsoft SQL Server (2019, Standard) databases with Enterprise Manager cloud control  13.5.0.0.0 version

The hardware performance are shown on Home page (not in real time), but all database info aren't shown at all in Database window.
The Performance page and Database page show nothing but Unexpected Error.
