Symptoms

 Real User Experience Insight  (RUEI) -> Applications -> Framework Exceptions
The adjustments to an existing 'hit type condition' are not being saved, the old value remains active and the new value is not visible.
However the ‘Last Modified’ date is being updated after the change has been made.
