Agent listed under the "Not Upgradable Agents" panel under the Agents Upgrade Console view:


=> Agent Name: <agent hostname.domain name>:<port>
=> Version: 13.x.0.0.0.0
=> Platform: NULL
=> Reason: Oracle Home Property Missing
=> Recommendation: from <AGENT_INST_HOME>/bin>./run emctl config agent runCollection <AGENT_ORACLE_HOME_NAME>:oracle_home oracle_home_config
