Symptoms

ASH Analytics page is blank and "Unable to retrieve data" error message is displayed, for a target database using a non-sysman OEM login and a newly created non-DBA database user.

Navigating to Target Database Home Page -> Performance -> ASH analytics

 Newly created database user.
