EM 13.4 : Agent Error While Installing On AIX Server 7.3

Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control 13.4, while trying to deploy EM Agent on AIX 7.3 host it is failing at the prerequisite step with the following error:
Performing check for CertifiedVersions_agent
Is the software certified on the current operating system?
Expected result: One of 7200, 7100, 6100
Actual Result: 7300.01
Check complete. The overall result of this check is: Failed
Check complete: Failed
Problem: This Oracle software is not certified on the current O/S.
Recommendation: Make sure you are installing the software on a certified platform.
