Symptoms
In Enterprise Manger (EM) Cloud Control, when DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE command fails in submission with below error.
$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="DeplDBJul2020" -purpose=DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE -target_type=oracle_database -target_list="<target_name>" -normal_credential="ORACLESHOST:SYSMAN"
-windows_sec_credential="SEC:SYSMAN"

[FATAL] [INS-30215]
Installer has detected that Oracle Grid Infrastructure owner "grid" does not belong to the OS group "dba" on local node.
CAUSE: The OS group "dba" does not exist or Oracle Grid Infrastructure owner "grid" is not a member of
the OS group "dba" on local node.
ACTION: Ensure that OS group "dba" exists and add Oracle Grid Infrastructure owner "grid" as a member of the OS
group "dba" on local node or specify a different OS group in which Oracle Grid Infrastructure owner is a member.
*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:*
- PRVF-7566 : User "grid" does not belong to group "dba" on node "lx14820"
- Cause: The specified user is not a member of the specified group on the specified node.
- Action: Make the user a member of the group on the specified node.
