Symptoms

In Enterprise Manger (EM) Cloud Control, when DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE command Job Step Fails At Initialize Deployment Procedure, But Step Status Shows “Succeed” When Privilege Delegation Settings Not Configured For Host(s)

Command :

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="DeplDBJul2020" -purpose=DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE -target_type=oracle_database -target_list="<target_name>" -normal_credential="ORACLESHOST:SYSMAN"
-windows_sec_credential="SEC:SYSMAN"

Job Step Log:
