Symptoms

The default user weblogic is renamed to some other user during OMS installation. The other user works fine for login to admin console and where user name can be explicitly mentioned. But some EMCTL commands uses weblogic user by default and user name cannot be supplied explicitly. Such commands fails to execute. For example,
