 Known Issues:
 PDB Throws Error "internal error: advisor object, 1 not found"
  Session Information Unavailable error on CDB Auto SQL Tuning results.
 Unable to implement parallel profile recommendation of SQL Tuning Results
 SQL Tuning Task throws "ORA-13780: SQL statement does not exist" error.
