EM 13c: All PDBs Are Showing Down in OEM Console After Agent Upgrade (Doc ID 2971103.1)

Symptoms

The Enterprise Manager Agent is upgraded to 13.5 from an old version. The agent upgrade was successful without any issues. But after agent upgrade, all the PDBs under that host/agent are showing status down in OEM console. All the PDBs are actually up and running on the server.

PDB status is cleared and runCollection is executed successfully. But the status is still showing UNDEFINED in below command results. The result is similar for all PDBs under this host/agent.
