Credentials Issue Using 'emcli Dg_switchover' (Doc ID 2971743.1)

Symptoms

As SYSMAN, the following command can be executed successfully:
emcli dg_switchover -primary_target_name="primary targetname" -primary_target_type="rac_database" -standby_target_name="standby targetname" -standby_target_type="rac_database" -primary_db_creds_name="NC_DB_SYSDBA_SYS" -primary_host_creds_name="NC_HOST_SSH_ORACLE" -standby_db_creds_name="NC_DB_SYSDBA_SYS" -standby_host_creds_name="NC_HOST_SSH_ORACLE"

But as BC_AUTOMATION_USER user (it has the privileges to use these credentials NC_HOST_SSH_ORACLE and NC_DB_SYSDBA_SYS ):
emcli dg_switchover -primary_target_name="primary targetname" -primary_target_type="rac_database" -standby_target_name="standby targetname" -standby_target_type="rac_database" -primary_db_creds_name="NC_DB_SYSDBA_SYS:SYSMAN" -primary_host_creds_name="NC_HOST_SSH_ORACLE:SYSMAN" -standby_db_creds_name="NC_DB_SYSDBA_SYS:SYSMAN" -standby_host_creds_name="NC_HOST_SSH_ORACLE:SYSMAN"
