Goal
On EM 13.5, Automation and Monitoring (Jobs, Metrics, Notification, Reporting non-Specific to a Particular Target Type)
How to skip the OEM Job when the OEM is down at the time of Job Scheduled.
When you brought up the OEM, Then immediately all Jobs will starts which was schedule phase when OEM was down. Upcoming Jobs should be run as per the schedule and Skip the Jobs which was scheduled at the time of OMS was down.
