Goal

In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (OEM), custom reports can be created using Information Publisher (IP) reports.
But is it possible to create custom IP reports directly on target databases using tables/views from those target databases?
For example, execute a custom sql against target database and produce the output as a custom report using information publisher reporting options.
