Symptoms

Generate AWR report from EM console for target database failed with below error :

 

SQL Error
ORA-20020: Database/Instance/Snapshot mismatch ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SWRF_REPORT_INTERNAL", line 17565 ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SWRF_REPORT_INTERNAL", line 3088 ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY", line 1270 ORA-06512: at line 1

 OMS logs showing below error :

<OMS_INST_HOME>/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.log
