Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Installing Agent on Windows server fails with the following error:

Error stack reported in: <...>agent_13.5.0.0.0\cfgtoollogs\opatch\opatch<time_stamp>.log

** Agent Port Check completed successfully.**
Validated the agent port :- ----3872
