Symptoms
Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (OEM) was sending the Email notification as per the incident rules created. It was working fine, but suddenly OEM has stopped sending any sort of Email notifications. There are no changes to OEM/OMS setup. Only test mail is successful and received but no other Email notifications at all from Enterprise Manager - OEM.
