Symptoms
In Enterprise Manger (EM) Cloud Control, when DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE command fails during submission with below error.
Command :
$emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Deploy DB" -purpose='DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE' -target_type='oracle_database' -target_list='<DB_NAME>' -normal_credential="NC_HOST:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="ROOT:SYSMAN" -input_file="data:/app/oracle/fleet/Input_Standalone_Dep"
ERROR: Operation could not be completed
Processing target "<DB_Name>"...
Checking if target is already running from the current version of the image...
Target [DB_Name] already on the latest version. Remove this target from the target list and retry.
