Resuming Patch fails with below error

$OMS_HOME/OMSPatcher/omspatcher resume

Running from : <MW_HOME>

OMSPatcher log file: <MW_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/omspatcher/SystemPatch/omspatcher_2023-10-23_20-39-28PM_resume.log

[Info:Previous action was performed by user:'sys']

Enter 'sys' password :

Enter SYSMAN Password :

Inside the execute Resume cmd method

command <MW_HOME>/bin/emctl config oms deploy_library -library_name slf4japi_jar#1.7.36@1.7.36 -jar_name <MW_HOME>/sysman/thirdparty/slf4j-api.jar
