EM 13.5 Agent Does Not Upload after Applying Release Update "ERROR- Failed to Update Target Type Metadata" (Doc ID 2987140.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control 13.5 after Release Update (RU) was applied on EM Agent, the EM Agent does not upload to OMS

 

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl pingOMS

SQL> select type_meta_ver from sysman.mgmt_target_type_versions where target_type ='siebel_dbstore';

Analyzing the RU will prompt that RU is applicable for some plugins.

Changes

 The last changes was applying RU 17 on the OEM Agent
