Purpose

Deprecation notice for the following:

  1. Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager Connector 13.2.2.0.0
  2. Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 Connector 13.2.2.0.0

Scope

What is being deprecated?

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control provides vendor specific management connectors to forward event and incident information to 3rd party management systems.

The following event management connectors will be obsolete at the end of May 2024:

  1. Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager Connector 13.2.2.0.0
  2. Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 Connector 13.2.2.0.0

A new REST-based version of the Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Connector, compatible with Enterprise Manager 13.5, will be available before the obsoletion date. This new SCOM connector will be certified with SCOM versions that are still under full support.
