Symptoms
In Cloud Control Enterprise Manager using Fleet, When running the DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE command in standlone database fails Check if Dispatcher Area Path is writable with Error "Validation of root credentials failed".
Command :
$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="DeplDBJul2020" -purpose=DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE -target_type=oracle_database -target_list="<target_name>" -windows_sec_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN"
$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="DeplDBJul2020" -purpose=DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE -target_type=oracle_database -target_list="<target_name>" -windows_sec_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN"
