EM13c : EMCLI Modify Oracle Home location for RAC database not updating for PDB and Oracle_Database Targets (Doc ID 3001521.1)

Symptoms

In EM13c, while trying to update new oracle home location for RAC database and its depended target types using emcli modify_verb, the oracle_home location for PDB and Oracle_Database is not getting updated automaticaly.

Below command executed.

In OEM Repository database, we can see only oracle_home for target_type RAC_DATABASE got updated.

oracle_database <Oracle_Database_Name>  /u01/app/oracle/db/product/19.18.0.0.0.1/RAC
oracle_pdb      <PDB_NAME>              /u01/app/oracle/db/product/19.18.0.0.0.1/RAC
oracle_pdb      <PDB_NAME>              /u01/app/oracle/db/product/19.18.0.0.0.1/RAC
rac_database    <RAC_Database_Name>     /u01/app/oracle/db/product/19.21.0.0.0.0/RAC
