How does the Patch 34153238 JDBC 12.2.1.4.0 Preinstallation Requirement Of Crypto-J related to EM environment.
When applying Patch 34153238 JDBC 12.2.1.4.0 as part of EM 13.5 RU19 prerequisite.
13.5.0 Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Base Platform Monthly Release Update (RU) 19 (Doc ID 2996599.1)
NOTICE: Before applying EM 13.5 RU18 and above, you need to apply the following JDBC 12.2.1.4.0 patches applied on the OMS according to the patch’s README:
1. MLR Patch 35430934 (or its superset) which includes bugs 32720458 and 33607709
2. Patch 34153238
3. Patch 31657681
The Patch 34153238 JDBC 12.2.1.4.0 readme file 'Pre-Installation Instructions' section mentions "make sure you are using the CryptoJ version Crypto-J 6.2.5 or above."

3. Pre-Installation Instructions

1. Set the environment variable ORACLE_HOME to your product installed directory.
for example: export ORACLE_HOME=<mwhome>
2. Stop all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Server(s))
3. This patch contains changes to JDBC Thin Driver to support CryptoJ FIPS 140-2 mode.
Please make sure you are using the CryptoJ version Crypto-J 6.2.5 or above.
Anything below this version has bug while pairwise consistency check.
